XMLDraw is a simple drawing program based on an XML-file format called xdl. This has the advantage that you can extract information from say a set of source files, write the summary in an xdl file, manipulate the graphics in XMLDraw and have a nice pictorial representation of the information.
Features: export to encapsulated postscript and png, cut/copy/paste, infinite undo/redo, generates HTML image maps, bitmaps, and its GUI lets you position object in an intuitive way
XMLDraw uses James Clark's expat for parsing XML.
Get binaries.
Unzip binaries in a directory, say c:\XMLDraw.
Start program by double-clicking the executable c:\XMLDraw\XMLDraw.exe.
If you want to export EPS, install a postscript printer (should be possible through Start\Settings\Printer and then Add Printer).
If you want to export PNG, make sure you can export EPS and install ghostscript.
